01 / App data
Drawings and Local Files
FloorPlan's core drawing operations run on your Mac. Drawings you create or open are saved as document files wherever you choose; the basic editing workflow does not automatically send drawing contents to the developer.
If you save a document in iCloud Drive, a network drive or another synced folder, that service provider may process and sync the file under its own terms. You can manage those files in the relevant system or service settings.
02 / Transactions
Purchases and Licensing
If you purchase an in-app item through the Mac App Store, Apple and StoreKit handle the purchase flow. The app reads transaction status as needed to verify a purchase, restore purchases or determine access. FloorPlan does not receive your card number or full payment details.
Apple's handling of purchase-related information is covered by the Apple Privacy Policy and its service terms.
03 / Contacting the developer
Email and Support
If you choose to email us for support, we receive the email address, message and attachments you provide so we can reply and handle your request. Please do not send passwords, payment card details or unnecessary sensitive information.
Your email service provider transmits and stores the message. Support requests are retained for as long as needed to respond and keep reasonable records.
04 / Website data
Website Visits
This website does not embed advertising SDKs, third-party analytics scripts or tracking cookies. The hosting provider may automatically log request times, paths, browser information and IP addresses to operate the service, troubleshoot issues and prevent abuse. The exact data and retention period depend on the hosting service and its configuration.
06 / Managing your data
Retention and Deletion
You can manage or delete FloorPlan documents stored locally in macOS. If a document is in a third-party sync service, also check that service's deletion, recently deleted and backup settings.
Contact us at the address below with requests about support emails or this policy. Apple and the hosting provider manage App Store transaction records and website server logs under their respective policies.
07 / Effective date and updates
Policy Updates
We may update this policy when product features, applicable laws or data practices change. The revised policy and effective date will be posted on this page. Updates apply from the date they are published.
